Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Why are posts from Sacred Source Nutrition re-directing to Happy & Raw?
A: I launched Sacred Source Nutrition several years ago and learned an enormous amount along the way. Happy & Raw is the reincarnation (rebrand) of my former site Sacred Source Nutrition.
Q: How often do you post?
A: Since I’ve launched the new Happy & Raw site, I post on Monday’s and Thursday’s and I try to post at least 1 new healthy recipe per week. This posting schedule may change in the future.
Q: Do you only eat raw food?
A: I love raw foods and I do eat a high-raw diet, and I also occasionally eat cooked foods. (I love sautéed mushrooms, the occasional vegan pumpkin soup and babaganoush made with cooked eggplant). Personally, it’s just as much about real food as it is about raw food. I love good food! The primary reasons I eat this way is because I feel better than I’ve ever felt in my life, this lifestyle feels the complete opposite to “restriction” and “deprivation” and it’s the most delicious way I can possibly imagine living.
Q: Can I write for Happy & Raw?
A: I will be opening up the site very soon to other bloggers. Please contact me if you would like to guest blog for this site.
Q: Will you sell my products on your site?
A: Potentially. It depends on the kind of product your selling. We do intend to expand our Happy & Raw online store with all-natural products related to health and wellbeing. I love to share with others the products that I love, so I would need to fall in love with your product before carrying it in our online store. Contact me if you have a product you would like us to carry.
Q: Can I advertise on Happy & Raw?
A: It is possible that we might carry your ads on our site, but again, we would need to evaluate each advertisement on a case-by-case basis. We will only consider ads that are strongly aligned with our core values of health and happiness. Send me an email if you would like us to consider your ads.
Q: Do you offer private health consulting?
A: Yes, I do. However, I only take clients who are extremely motivated to achieve results and who are willing to start initiating positive changes. Check out my consulting page here for more information.
Q: Will you speak for my organization or at my next event or conference?
A: I love speaking at conferences and events. You can read more information on my speaking page or send me an email if you would like me to speak at your next event.
Q: Will you give me advice on how I can become a holistic health coach?
A: Of all the emails I get, this question has to be in the top 3. At this point, I’m not offering business or life coaching for aspiring health coaches, but this may be a path I take in the future. I had a very unique journey that lead me to this path. Most people want to know where I went to school to become a holistic nutritionist. I want to the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition but there are other schools out there that are wonderful. School simply offered me a foundation, but most of what I’ve learned has been through interning with top experts in this field, reading and experimenting with my own dietary lifestyle.
