If you haven’t figured out why we’re calling this one the Bluebellery Smoothie, here’s the breakdown:
Blueberries: If there ever was a nutritional powerhouse, blueberries are it! Blueberries help to maintain healthy bones, lower blood pressures, manage diabetes, prevent heart disease, improve mental health and gives your skin a healthy glow.
Celery: Get crunching on some celery and you will get a boost of Vitamin K, with one cup providing you with 33% of your recommended daily allowance. Vitamin K is required to prevent blood clotting and contributes to bone health.

Bluebellery Smoothie Raw Ingredients
For this antioxidant and vitamin rich smoothie, blend the following ingredients in a high-powered blender.
- 1/2 cup of frozen blueberries
- 3 bananas (fresh or frozen)
- 2 stalks
- 1.5 – 2 cups of purified water or fresh coconut water
This vibrant and delicious smoothie serves 1-2 people.
