This initial complimentary health assessment consists of a brief Skype video call, phone call, or in-person meet, if you live on the Big Island of Hawaii.
The purpose of this assessment is to briefly look at your health goals, what you’re currently doing to achieve them and to determine if working with me would be beneficial for you. This is not a time, however, to go through an in-depth look at your health history, that is done during in an initial holistic nutrition consultation session.

Thankfully, I learned how to drop the struggle and live the healthy, vibrant life that I’ve always wanted, and never thought I would actually live. I learned the secrets to long-lasting success, and it’s been years since I’ve struggled with, or even thought about my weight. After I transitioned to a healthier lifestyle, I still noticed I continuously ate mindlessly, so I jumped into learning about mindfulness and wrote another book all about that too, called “Mindful Eating for Dummies”.
I’m a trained professional and Registered Holistic Nutritionist with over 5 years experience working one-on-one with clients, and I want to help you step into your fullest potential, and teach you the secrets to my own success.
